When I was in Malgrat de Mar, Catalonia, Spain last April I did an impulsive sand drawing/sculpture on the beautiful Costa Brava (left). Almost a year later the photograph inspired a large conte drawing (right) on mylar (3ft by 5 ft)…this piece was rented out to an independent film company.
